The president and founder of ZJ Builders, Lucas Knudsen gained his first experiences in construction at an early age doing small projects around the house with his father. He didn't know construction would become his passion until he began framing houses with a local crew. He caught the bug and there was no turning back. After earning a construction management degree, he began his small company by remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. His experience grew and so did ZJ Builders. After much thought and deliberation, he and his wife decided to move to beautiful Southern Utah in the St. George area with their three children. Once they got their feet under them, he began building houses from the ground up.
